Ingredients:
- 1 lb. of chicken breast (cut into thin strips)
- 2 TBSP of Namjai Thai Satay seasoning
- 1 TBSP oil
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 12-15 bamboo skewers
- Marinate 1-2 hours before putting them on skewers
- Chef's Note: marinating your chicken with milk makes it extra tender!
Grilling Instructions:
- Grill each side of your skewers for approximately 4 minutes (adjust according to the type of cooking method you are using)
